Who we are

A Brazilian company with an international business platform, specialized in enamelling solutions.

We are recognized for excellence in the quality and reliability of our products, with technical service focused on Research and Development. We are a leader in the production of frits and porcelain enamel, serving the main white goods manufacturers in Brazil and South America.

Vasisque Novus was founded in 2020, focused on the sale and distribution of enamels and frits. Initially operating with imported products, the company began local production in 2022, significantly expanding its portfolio and making it possible to customize products to each customer’s individual needs — the founding principle of the organization: serving every customer exclusively.

Quality Policy

Vasisque Novus establishes the following quality policy:

Our employees and partners are our greatest asset, and it is everyone’s duty to ensure safety and well-being in our facilities;
To meet customer needs by providing products, services and solutions that exceed their expectations, building a relationship of trust and loyalty;
To maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 as well as all applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
To respect the technical specifications associated with the development and delivery of products and services at every stage of execution, with continuous prevention of non-conformities;
To provide all employees with the resources needed to achieve quality systematically: equipment and training;
To invest in employee satisfaction by maintaining a positive internal climate and providing continuous training in areas that are strategic for the company, such as Quality, Research and Development, and Technical Support;
To establish an annual program of quality objectives for each of the organization’s value processes, with periodic monitoring;
To ensure that the quality policy is followed, promoting its dissemination and maintaining its adequacy;
To ensure the profitability of the business so that constant investment in the organization can be made.
